Eligible Participants

The ITCX event is open to Temples and Temple Trusts of Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism, welcoming CEOs, CFOs, Trustees, and Temple Board members. Additionally, Jain Dharamshalas, Devotional Charities, ISKCON Temples, Anna Kshetra Managements, Purohit Mahasangha, and Pilgrimage Promotion Boards are invited. This global gathering brings together leadership from various religious institutions to share knowledge and innovation.

Delegate Information

Each temple is invited to send a maximum of two delegates for the 3-day convention and expo. The event offers exclusive learning and networking opportunities with temple management leaders globally, making it an essential gathering for those looking to improve their temple operations. Additional participants are welcome, with a nominal charge applied for each extra delegate, ensuring comprehensive access to all sessions and activities.

The event is open to CEOs, CFOs, Trustees, and department heads of Hindu, Jain, Buddhist, and Sikh temples, as well as devotional charities and pilgrimage boards from around the world.

How many delegates can attend from each temple?

Each temple can send a maximum of two delegates to ITCX 2025. If additional representatives wish to attend, they can do so for an additional fee.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

Accommodation is provided on a twin-sharing basis. If a female delegate is attending, she will be accommodated with another female delegate from a different temple.
